About the Role:

Our Account Management team currently consists of 7 sales staff and 4 sales/operations administration staff and we’re expanding our team in Cairns to support the continued growth of our business.  We’re looking for a driven, positive, talented person to help grow our operations and sales administration capacity. This includes activities such as monitoring & prioritising customer enquiries, processing quotes and orders, assisting with customer & delivery queries, booking in and monitoring freight, knowledge of products & services, assist at events and provide administrative support to the sales team.


You’ll have a track record of achievement as we’re looking for someone who can quickly progress to becoming a operations and sales administration expert. You will have a positive, "can-do" attitude and a great sense of humour.  Will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to cope with a busy workload. Will have great attention to detail with first class communication and people skills and work in a professional environment. Must also be well presented, have excellent computer skills (min. typing speed of 60 wpm) and highly proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).


This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday (no weekend work!). This is a great opportunity for someone who has excelled in the past, to make their mark in a fast-growing company at the forefront of its industry.


Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
  • Excellent computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm 
  • Demonstrated past achievement in academic, personal or professional endeavours
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply administrative expertise to solve problems
  • Proven ability to work harmoniously, both one-on-one and collaboratively in past roles
