About the Role:

Our Marketing team is growing and we're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join us. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life through engaging content, digital marketing and creative design. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help deliver marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand, support our sales team and engage customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Your day will include creating social media content, capturing and editing graphics and videos, updating our website, assisting with email marketing campaigns, coordinating events, supporting supplier relationships and marketing initiatives, and maintaining marketing systems. You'll also have the opportunity to work with AI tools to improve content creation and marketing workflows while ensuring our brand remains consistent across all channels. This role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, has a creative eye for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in a marketing, communications, graphic design or similar role

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in marketing, communications or digital media

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office

  • Experience with website CMS platforms, social media management and email marketing (Mailchimp highly regarded)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for detail and design

  • A willingness to learn and use AI tools to improve productivity and content creation

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work

A current driver's licence is essential.

About the Role:

Our Customer Service team is growing and we're looking for a motivated Sales Administration Lead to join us. This is a hands-on lead role, ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others while remaining actively involved in day-to-day customer service and sales administration. You'll lead a small team of Sales Administrators, helping them prioritise workloads, solve problems and deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.

Alongside your lead responsibilities, you'll continue to perform the core customer service and sales administration functions that keep our business running smoothly. Your day will include responding to customer enquiries by phone and email, preparing quotes, processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, managing customer expectations and working closely with our Sales, Operations and Logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. You'll also play an important role in improving team processes, supporting new staff, maintaining high customer service standards and creating a positive, collaborative team environment. This role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in helping customers and naturally enjoys supporting and developing others.

Electrical Fitter Mechanic / Switchboard Assembler

About the Role:

We’re looking for a positive, talented person who would be responsible for the construction of custom Solar Distribution Board’s, and other electrical and mechanical products alongside our manufacturing & engineering team. Full time role 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, based in Cairns at our head office.

You will be constructing, assembling, and wiring switchboards and other electrical products. You’ll work closely with our engineering and sales teams to ensure the right products are manufactured to all the relevant standards. This is a fast-paced role working on a wide range of products, so ability to ensure accuracy while meeting deadlines is critical to success.

  • QTP qualification not required but seen as advantageous

  • Switchboard building experience not required but seen as advantageous
  • Proficient with the use of hand & power tools
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Computer skills (intermediate)
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a busy and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a small team environment
  • Commitment to following processes and contributing to improvements
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • Technically minded, with interest expanding skills and knowledge
