About the Role:

We’re looking for a positive, talented person who would be responsible for the construction of custom Solar Distribution Board’s, and other electrical and mechanical products alongside our manufacturing & engineering team. Full time role 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, based in Cairns at our head office.

You will be constructing, assembling, and wiring switchboards and other electrical products. You’ll work closely with our engineering and sales teams to ensure the right products are manufactured to all the relevant standards. This is a fast-paced role working on a wide range of products, so ability to ensure accuracy while meeting deadlines is critical to success.

• Electrical Fitter / Mechanic qualification
• QTP qualification not required but seen as advantageous
• Forklift license not required but seen as advantageous
• Switchboard building experience not required but seen as advantageous
• Proficient with the use of hand & power tools
• High level of attention to detail
• Computer skills (intermediate)
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a busy and dynamic work environment
• Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a small team environment
• Commitment to following processes and contributing to improvements

About the Role:

We’re looking for a capable and detail-focused Warehouse & Delivery Officer to join our supply chain team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing stock, accurate order processing, local deliveries, and the overall efficiency of the warehouse. If you enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and want to grow your career in the renewable energy sector, this position offers an exciting opportunity.

You’ll manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving and checking incoming stock, picking, packing and despatching orders, booking freight, assisting with customer and transport collections, and delivering orders to local customers. You’ll also support inventory control, including stocktakes, and help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment. For someone who enjoys dealing with people, the role also provides an opportunity to build positive relationships with local customers through deliveries and collections, and use those interactions to add value beyond the warehouse.

Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks are key to success in this role. This is a hands-on position that works closely with our operations, logistics and sales teams to ensure stock moves efficiently and customers receive a high level of service. While the primary focus is warehouse and delivery operations, we’re also open to someone who has strong people skills and a good feel for customers and potential opportunities. Where appropriate, you may assist the sales team by passing on customer feedback, identifying potential new business opportunities, or helping follow up on customer enquiries and orders.

• Current forklift licence

Our engineering team is expanding, and we’re looking for a capable and detail-focused Electrical Engineer (RPEQ) to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality engineering services, providing expert advice and ensuring accurate and compliant engineering outcomes for our customers. • Current RPEQ qualification/registration
• Comfortable and proficient with CAD software
• In depth knowledge of Australian and utility standards
• Computer skills (intermediate)

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a busy and dynamic work environment
• Demonstrated high level of customer service skills and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• NER qualification is not essential but seen as advantageous

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, commencing mid-to-late October 2026. The position is planned for 12 months, with the possibility of an extension or other opportunities within the business depending on business needs at the time.

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a similar B2B marketing management role, with a proven track record of taking ownership of marketing outcomes and delivering successful results
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and inspire a marketing team to achieve business objectives
• Proven experience developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing strategic marketing plans and campaigns on time and within budget
