The 180L iStore utiliSes proprietary technology to achieve 400% efficiency. Here’s the mechanism behind its operation step by step:
Air containing heat energy is drawn in by a fan across the evaporator.
- The evaporator transforms the liquid refrigerant into a gas.
- The compressor increases the pressure of the refrigerant, turning it into a hot gas.
- The heated gas within the condenser coil warms the water inside the tank, which is wrapped around the coil.
- After heating the water, the refrigerant returns to its liquid state and cycles back to the evaporator to repeat the process.
