Australian Manufactured & Zero-Defect Manufacturing Process
Tindo Solar's manufacturing philosophy centers on a zero-defect approach, ensuring that their products are thoroughly tested at key stages of production to minimise potential issues once installed. Every Tindo Walara N-Type PV module must pass several rigorous tests before being approved for sale, including:
- Visual Inspections: Highly skilled engineers and technicians perform detailed visual inspections to detect defects such as bubbles, blisters, impurities, and junction box issues. This human oversight complements automated processes, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
- Electroluminescence Testing: Tindo uses advanced Electroluminescence testing to identify micro-cracks and other defects in solar cells that are invisible to the naked eye. Unlike spot checks or batch testing, every panel is tested individually before being approved for sale.
- Flash Testing: In the final manufacturing stage, each panel is exposed to light from a xenon arc lamp, closely simulating sunlight. This test ensures that each panel meets or exceeds performance standards. Panels that do not pass this test are not sold, demonstrating Tindo’s commitment to quality and reliability.

Limited Product Warranty
25-Year Limited Warranty of Materials and Workmanship:
Tindo warrants that your Tindo PV Module shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal application, installation, use and service conditions for twenty-five years.
Limited Warranties of Power Output
25-Year Limited Warranty of 87.4% of Maximum Power:
In the first year after the initial purchase the crystalline modules will produce a minimum power output of at least 98% specified in the module data sheet.
From the second year, the actual power output will decline by no more than 0.54% per year for each of the remaining 24 years of this warranty, so that by the end of the 25th year the panel will produce an actual output of at least 87.4% of its nameplate power output.
