SigenStack Label kit Installation Instructions

This Label kit makes the following assumptions about the installation scenario

  • Sigenergy SigenStack.
  • Main metering panel is same location as main switchboard. Include an additional round PV ES label if not.
  • Battery system location is not hard to find, or in a large building. Include a map or drawing at MSB and/or fire panel.
  • Not installed in a BESS room, or BESS room only has 1 door. Include additional voltage and current labels (one for each door to the BESS room).
  • Designed for 2 x inverters/BESS. Include additional DC system isolator label, numbered.
  • DC and AC cables not in the same wiring enclosure without an insulating barrier (conduit). Include labels to identify the different types of circuits at intervals not less than 2m.

  • Inverter and equipment to be operated in event of a shutdown not necessarily close to each other.
  • Power sensor or no power sensor.
  • There may be DC cables installed in ceiling space.
  • Disconnection points or DC isolators.
  • Assume no 3rd party inverters.
  • Not designed for solar only (must have battery).
  • Inverters connected to MSB directly or to Sub board or to A.C. Combiner board.
  • Generator or no generator
  • No switchboards electrically connected between MSB and switchboard IES is connected to. Include additional “Warning multiple supplies, isolate…..”
  • Inverter adjacent to switchboard, or not.
  • Assuming no EV connected
  • No IPSD
