Sigenergy Power Sensor Communication Kit (PSC Kit)

Sigenergy has identified a communications issue between GSDs and Energy Controllers for some installations in Queensland. The Power Sensor Communication Kit (PSC Kit) is the solution, ensuring correct operation when installed with GSDs.

• Free of charge with new Sigenergy systems that require GSDs
• Recommended retrofit for existing sites already installed with GSDs
• Reimbursement available from Sigenergy for retrofit site visits

How to claim reimbursement for retrofits:

1. Submit a service ticket via mySigen App → Service → Support → User Submits Ticket
2. In the ticket, specify: “Aftersales PSC Installation”
3. Once the job is complete, upload a completion photo to the ticket
4. Proceed to the invoice upload stage for reimbursement
