Sigenergy Official Webinar Training for Installers in Australia
Since the launch of the federal battery rebate there has been a huge increase in Sigenergy installation volume across Australia.
Many new installers have recently switched to Sigenergy products and many installers are now installing more battery systems than they have ever done before. On top of that, many inexperienced operators have also been attracted to our industry due to the rebate and are installing batteries for the first time.
Because of this we are starting to see more and more issues with installation quality and compliance and Sigenergy would like to take proactive measures to reduce the impact of this. As such they will be running several Sigenergy Technical Training & Installation Best Practice webinars. These training webinars will cover the following:
Installation Best Practices
- Updated installation guide to cut defects and warranty risks
- AC wiring requirements
- Revised clearances for Energy Controller & Gateway
Design Guidance
- AC-coupled, whole home and partial backup systems
- Off-grid systems
- Highlighting fast-ethernet advantages for better performance

Please note that Sigenergy strongly urge all installers to complete this training. They feel that this training will enable you to get the most out of their products and prevent future rectification work. It will also be a big help to Sigenergy and reduce the high volume of unnecessary tech support calls that they get.
If you are unable to make either of the training sessions next week, Sigenergy will run other training sessions the following weeks. They have made it clear that they will accommodate all installers schedules to ensure they have an opportunity to complete the training. Please note that any installers that do not complete the training by Friday 10th October will be removed from the Sigenergy website directory.
