Pre-launch: Aiko 500W 4th Generation Solar Panel
Be one of the first to see Aiko's latest release. Powered by ABC technology, the. 500W all-black panel redefines efficiency, thermal stability, and offers a sleek design for premium residential builds.
We are proud to partner with industry leaders FranklinWH and Aiko to bring two flagship hardware solutions to our exhibition space:
FranklinWH aPower 15kWh Battery: Get a hands-on look at the newly upgraded aPower X-02 module. Featuring 15kWh of usable capacity, an integrated 5kW inverter, and an AC-coupled design, this system delivers whole-home energy management, robust backup capability, and generator integration when paired with the aGate.
Aiko 500W 4th Generation Solar Panel (Pre-Launch): Be among the first in the country to inspect Aiko's latest 4th generation module release. Engineered with ABC (All-Back-Contact) technology, this 500W panel sets new benchmarks in efficiency, thermal performance, and sleek aesthetic design for premium rooftop projects.
Pre-Launch Spotlight:
Here’s What We Know About Aiko’s 4th Generation Module
We are thrilled to co-host the Australian pre-launch of Aiko’s groundbreaking 4th generation panel right from our exhibit. Designed to push the boundaries of PV innovation, this module introduces transformative engineering features that set a new benchmark for rooftop solar performance.
Here is a look at the key technical breakthroughs that make this release so exciting for installers:
Infinite Series Zero-Busbar Design: By completely eliminating front-facing busbars and grid lines, the panel achieves an ultra-clean, full-black aesthetic while maximizing active light-absorption area.
Micro-Connect Technology: Traditional ribbon soldering is replaced with advanced micro-connection architecture. This significantly reduces thermal stress, improves internal current flow, and minimizes hidden micro-crack risks during transport and installation.
Superior Efficiency and Power Output: Reaching up to 500W output, this module maximizes power density per square meter, allowing installers to deliver higher total system capacity on restricted roof spaces.
Enhanced Low-Light & Thermal Performance: Engineered with an optimized temperature coefficient, the 4th generation cell architecture maintains higher efficiency during peak heat and low-irradiance conditions, ensuring optimal real-world energy yield across harsh Australian climates.
This represents a major leap forward in module architecture, offering installers a premium, high-efficiency solution that pairs unmatched performance with sophisticated visual appeal.
